A Fun Weekend Event for Young Pokémon Fans

With Sprigatito, Fuecoco, and Quaxly featured on the event image, this looks like a cheerful Pokémon event aimed especially at younger fans and families. Events like this are a great chance for kids to enjoy Pokémon in a more hands-on way while visiting popular shopping spots around Korea.

For parents, the short 45-minute session format makes it easy to fit into a weekend outing. If you are already planning to visit Lotte Mart, AK Plaza, Starfield, or one of the participating department stores, this could be a fun extra stop for the family.

What Can Participants Do at Pokémon School?

Pokémon School is designed as a beginner-friendly Pokémon Card Game experience. Participants can learn how to play step by step, starting with a smaller deck and gradually moving toward a full battle.

The event is divided into three stages:

StageActivity
Stage 1Learn how to play using a 30-card Pokémon Card Game deck
Stage 2Battle using three different decks: Grass, Fire, and Water
Stage 3Try a battle using a 60-card deck

This makes the event easy for new players to follow, especially younger Pokémon fans who are just starting to learn the Pokémon Card Game. Starting with a 30-card deck should make the rules easier to understand before moving on to bigger battles.

Pokémon School Participation Gifts

Participants can also receive special gifts depending on the stage they complete.

StageParticipation Gift
Stage 11 promo card + mini album
Stage 2Tin case
Stage 3Deck case + card shield sleeves

The rewards look especially nice for kids and new collectors. The mini album is useful for storing cards, while the tin case, deck case, and card sleeves are practical items for anyone who wants to keep playing the Pokémon Card Game after the event.

With the activity stages and participation gifts, Pokémon School looks like more than just a simple shopping mall event. It is a small beginner lesson, a play experience, and a collectible reward event all in one.
